This site is a way to stop the flood of catalogs this season brings.
 
You tear the back page off the catalog and recycle the rest  - log onto this site, find the catalog in their index (or name it, if it doesn't appear,) enter the your user-ID from the catalog page and submit, and they take care of getting the company to take your names off the list.
