Re-looking at the Names of Cleito's parents, if they were Egyptian Names, switched to Greek.
Evenor and Leukippe.
Leukippe looks like Ra-khaf or a variation of Khafre (theophoric).
Evenor - I see the common en-re ending, like setep-en-re or seqen-en-re. Could be Nilus (with a greek added s).

We've said Cleito looks like the Danaid Cleite, especially since there are no vowels.  Could be like ka-ra + a feminine t, which is usually silent.  Like a Maat-ka-re missing the m.

The kheper beetle is keforis; this also has the same letters as leukippe.

Thutmose II(Aakheperenre) should be Poseidon, who marries Kleito(Maat-ka-re). 
Aa-en-re(Euenor) + kheper(Leukippe)
ka-re-[ma]-at = Cleito

So these names are deciphered.

If Thutmose 2 is poseidon, and hatshepsut is athena...
Then there son, Thutmose 3 "could be" Atlas. 

I used to not like this because of a. He is Belus, and b. Atlas is linked to Aeolus.  Belus is derived from Baal, from his Syrian campaign, ie he was deified as the God Baal.  Same as Nereus(Horemheb).  But Horemheb might have a second surname as Aethiopis.  So what if Thutmose 3 has a second god name as Atlas?

If that's the case, then we need Eumelus as well.  I think I got him.  That's m-l without vowels.  How about Rekhmire? [Rekh]-mi-re (l and r are interchangeable).  As a vizier for Thutmose 3, he is a governor of Egypt.  This matches Diodorus description of Prometheus.  And would make Prometheus the brother of Atlas.

Rekhmire was vizier of Thebes, and then did something bad, and was exiled to some fishing village[rhakotis?].  Prometheus "stole the fire" from the Gods, and his son Deucallion married some Egyptian girl name fire (Pyrrha); it could be related.

The case for Thutmose 3 as Atlas proceeds.  He did have at least 6 daughters (out of the 7 pleiades)
His wife Neferure has the same letters as Pleione - n-f-r vs p-r-n.
The first star chart of the Pleiades appears around his time with the death of Senenmut who was the vizier for his mom:
