I believe that both Plato and Al Mansour were inspired by the same Python Spirit in Acts 16:16. This spirit had made his home in the Oracle of Delphi.

Al Mansour's model for Baghdad on the Tigris was a plan for a new Babylon. The temple of Poseidon on Atlantis was the spiritual center and will be built in Jerusalem. Atlantis is a dualistic principle.
