For those who do not believe that Al-Hillah is Atlantis; don't be fooled by what you see. The Bible mentions Babylon as the capital of every world empire. So Atlantis has something to do with Babylon. The links below show Akishar in Turkey. In Paul's time the city was called Thyatira. About 160,000 people live there. Thyatira was mentioned in Revelation 1:11. Akishar is therefore going to play a role in the End Times. It is a relatively small city compared to London or New York. Yet the God of heaven and earth chose to give this marginal size city a prominent place in the book of Revelation. In fact, Al-Hillah is much larger than Akishar and can therefore easily take on the central role of the End Time event. The purple seller Lydia was from Akishar. Paul and Silas met her in Philippi, Macedonia, where she may have had a branch. Revelation 17: 1-5 is about End Time Babylon and thus about Plato's Atlantis. In the passage we read that the city, connected by the Euphrates, lies in the middle of all the seas of the world. Even though it is a desert city. In verse 3 we read about purple with which a connection with Akishar has been made. With a little imagination we can turn it into aurichalcum. Watch Akishar's Youtube. Just like Al-Hillah, you can visit this city. Nevertheless, Lydia came from here and the city will soon play a role in the End Times tumult.
