The last time that I saw a number figure it was 21-22%. This was a couple of years ago, and was a nation wide average. So 1/5 -1/4 of the population.

If you look at population break downs for individual cities/ethnic groups, the numbers can be as high as 45-50%  Grin

"Google" it and see for your self, for your town.

I am glad my grandmother always said "...keep your pecker in your pants..."  Smiley

But then you get so much of it figured out and a new wave of strange diseases and viral infections hit the scene. At some point we may all have to take responsibility for the control of STDs by discontinuing sex.  Shocked

How does that make some of you feel?

"Heavens forbid", we as individuals take responsibility for our own actions.  Grin

On a lighter note:
The "discontinuing" of non-sanctioned copulation may be in the not to distant future.

I've seen that happening for a long time Jake. Population control sanctions will be a reality before we know it. The herd must be thinned in order to restore the golden age projections needed.

So many people lack the understanding of balance of nature.

For those who have never heard the requirement for balance. Here it is;
Take only what you need and leave the rest as you found it.

Even in sex, this applies. I'm no one to talk. I fornicate. I lust.........
I have commited adultary, and have even been offered polygamy by two different friends of mine.
After evaluating my actions carefully, I am still influenced by that demon of lust that possesses me.
However, I am also aware of my sins and have been steering clear of those oppurtunities. I would rather be crushed by a mack truck then acquire an STD because of my stupidity. I have never even caught crabs, YET.  Shocked

It feels good to boast that much with the confidence of my honesty to back my words.
However, staying clean is ever more difficult unless I either have sex with just my wife or not have sex at all.  Undecided

Being singal again someday is a possible, future outcome I should also be mindful of.
Any possible mates will have to show me proof from an STD clinic that they are clear from any STDs.
Which is something I'm willing to do for their own reasurance if wanted in kind.
I would need that much at the very least with the stats as they are. I guess in a sence that is the most responsible thing for people to do these days if they are sexually active or wanting to be.

The eugenicists in government create STDs in military labs.  They want sterilization and population control.

If one is to look at the disproportionate dispersion of some STD's in regards to ethnicity, and population local, it is hard not to see some relevancy of Volitzers comments.

http://zeitgeistmovie.com/

Jake I'm not sure if you have ever seen this. In case you haven't, you should.
I won't go as far to say that I buy into all of what this movie/documentary is explaining. However, when it comes to the political and religious explanations. I was in awe at what it was revealing.

Volitzer has been trying really hard to open people up to some of these ideas and if it's a matter of relevancy in this subject, here is a little bit of a harsher truth that should be exploited and explored.
Forget all the conspiracy stuff for now. If you will, have a look at a few of the facts that this movie shows. If it doesn't totally **** you off, it will probably cause you to see why things lke population control, our economic structure, and stressful politics are connected. To begin with, the movie will seem a little slow flowing. As it goes on, it goes deeper and deeper into matters that even this forum hasn't touched base on yet. Let me know either way Jake.

As I stated, about this movie. If you have never seen it, then you should atleast take a couple of hours aside and watch it. Very Educational, and well thought out.
