Hello, I'm new here! I'm 24yrs old in the UK. I had a couple of strange experiences when I was younger (about the age of 9-10).

I was staying at my grandparents house when I woke up to the sound of a woman's voice, it was loud and I couldn't pin point where it was coming from. I also couldn't make out any words, it was just noises, then a male voice began too.

Both got louder and louder until it sounded very 'urgent', the noises were mixing over each other and coming from every direction. I was crying and scared to move but eventually ran down the corridor to my grandparents bedroom, as soon as I entered their room it stopped!

The same thing happened within the same year at my own house although this time it sounded like children. I initially thought it was my neighbours over the road as they had small kids but it was about 5am and I looked out of the window to see nobody there. The voices/noises of these kids got really loud too, I even put my cd Walkman on full and could still hear it! It was really scary!

Nothing like that has happened since and nobody has ever taken me seriously when I've brought it up! Has anyone else had this or have any ideas?
