Well, no one seems to know. The name of the diggings is simply the “Money Pit,” and a good name it is, for so far no one knows what lies at the bottom of it. But, it is well known what the cost is to search for the bottom of the pit and what lies there. This story is, of course, fiction, and the pit could be a grand hoax.
