I presented this Moon bombing idea on Friday but it didn’t attract much attention,  It was the Obama peace prize that had captured everyone’s interest that day, and perhaps that was the real reason for it.

I don't know, I can see the potential for humanity to screw it up badly.

Of course, knowing the government and its penchant for secrecy, perhaps we already have it and it has screwed up the weather. Winters are colder and stormfronts are much more severe.  Hurricane Katrina, for instance, could have been the result of a HAARP experiment gone wrong.

Or perhaps it was an experiment gone right?  If you’ve done any research into the New World Order, Shadow Government, FreeMasonic, Illuminati conspiracy then you know that it is there goal to eventually reduce the worlds population down the more manageable number of 500 million.   Haarp could in fact play an integral part in this!

Keep in mind that this is all just Conspiracy theory and as such can only be speculated upon without any substantial proof.

I personaly for some reason feel that this Russian Halo is something bigger, perhaps even something not of this Earth, Time, or even Dimension.

Sorry fellow UFO Buffs and Conspiracy theorists, the Mystery is over thanks to the diligence of Qoais.  Thank you Qoais  for putting  my mind at ease, (I really was weirded out there for a while!)

As you can see from the above Wikipedia link what was seen over Russia was a completely natural phenomenon known as a  fallstreak hole.

On the bright we did in a way prove the skeptics wrong   It wasn't an optical illusion caused by the setting of the sun, what those people were seeing was real, it just wasn't a UFO
