 Jarro Chocolatero -

This is the traditional clay jarro used in Oaxaca by today's Zapotecs for the preparation of Mexican Hot Chocolate. The ingredients are added to the pot then whisked with a molinillo. The Oaxacan pot is distinguished by its tall handle and is decorated with a dark green glaze typical to the Oaxacan region
