Dear Johnee,

We did not develop large, slashing fangs and long sharp talons for grazing on grass and twigs my vegetarian colleague. We developed them for eating carrion.

While we still eat a lot of vegetable matter, all of us enjoy a good carcass now and then.

I should say that I am vegetarian to an extent. I only eat vegetarian animals. Cows, deer, chickens and especially vegetarian dragons are acceptable to eat. People, bears, wolves and owls are generally frowned upon.

I am getting hungry. Think I'll try and nick a pig for a nice weekend Barbie. I guess you're not invited....Brooke is though!
