Sarah, my dearest love,

You must know, my precious, that I take the events that impact the lives of others very seriously. As an example of this, may I present yourself. But I do not take myself very seriously at all. Perhaps these two paradigms become confused, even by me. Ok, we have both confessed our failings to one another. Sarah, isn't being friends wonderful!

I have not been able to follow the recent events of which you speak very closely owing to very urgent and important (but very, very good) dragon business. From what I can gather I can conclude that the right decisions are being made by the powers and financiers that matter on both sides.

Sarah, my sweet, I love your visits and I sense that you are feeling a greater sense of peace but that is just my dragon sense. I am very, very happy for Brooke. I.hope she will produce abundant and strong progeny. I have always been jealous of you human's with your live births. We dragons, being hatched from eggs have the sense of being rejected foetuses, expelled from our mother's bodies. Nor did we get the same level of parental attention hatching as imagos, self sufficient and not requiring the nourishment nor love nor bonding forged at the breast like you humans.

But enough of Brooke, breasts and bonds.

I shall post further comments later my beautiful one as I must yield to some vulgar matters of business now.

Your favourite reptile,

The Silver Dragon
