I hope that everyone gets the chance to spend some time with family today, maybe get outside, even do a little grilling out.  But let's not forget the REAL reason that we celebrate Memorial Day, it is for the TROOPS!



Through all the wars that our brave men and women have fought (whether they be for good causes or not so good causes), America's soldiers have always done their duty for their country.

Meaning no disrespect to the troops, of course, but thank goodness that we Republicans aren't expected to serve in the military like other people are. We serve our country in other ways - we create jobs, keep Wall Street strong, shape foreign policy, provide leadership to the country as a whole and increase the overall wealth of America.  Our talents would be wasted if they were simply confined to military service. 

Everyone has his job in America. It is the job of some people to provide themselves for military service.  It is the job of the Republican male to decide what wars these people should fight in.
