The Carolina Bays Event was used in our book on Cayce and an earlier book we did. Andrew Collins introduced me to the idea, and he got it from Otto Much's book. The US Geological Survey found that a sudden flash fire hit the entire Bahamas during the late pleistocene and burnt forests found under water (and under 6-feet of silt) off Florida have confirmed that a disaster did hit somewhere between 8500-10,000 BC.

Collins will be in the US in June.

This power came forth out of the Atlantic Ocean. But afterwards there occurred violent earthquakes and floods; and in a single day and night of misfortune all your warlike men in a body sank into the earth, and the island of Atlantis in like manner disappeared in the depths of the sea.
