Good idea to have a thread on the Oera Linde papers. I am amazed that it is not more well known and that there have not been recent books on it. I rather expect it would make good material for a program on the History Channel or some documentary treatment.

I checked Amazon and found one from 98 in Afrikaans! Also it is discussed in "Studies in the Literature of Northern Europe",
by Edmund Gosse. Both are "unavailable", so who knows.
