The forum is doing great, and I would like to congratulate everyone for it's success, everyone of you has played a part.

I admit that I do grow sentimental about our set up at the Ancient Mysteries forum and, being a sentimental person, here is what I intend to do:  take this particular forum and recreate it with all the posts we had in our earlier version of it (with the original author of the old topic starting these copies anew).

That shall mean a lot of copying of past words, from old friends, and yet, what can I say?  I do not wish to lose any of it. It will be a lot of work, might take years, and I have asked others to help me with it.

There will be new versions started of each topic I shall be creating elsewhere in the forum.  Feel free to express thoughts in those as well as these shall be simple remembrances of the past, of times long since gone, old friends, perhaps forgotten by all but me.

Cheers,

Dawn

The original "Meaning of Existence" has been copied, in it's entirety, 306 posts.

It's interesting how the names of the posters change over the span of it's two years, from the past posters who have dropped out of sight, to the more current ones.

I drew the "Morality" topic.  I wonder why somebody thought of that one for me?  Cheesy

The only one I won't help with is Origins of Love, that one hits a bit too close to home.

Good job on everything so far, Dania & Chelsea.

Peace,

Veronica

I think it's great to see this group effort.

As many of you all know already, this is one of my favorite groups of people anywhere on the internet.
Collectively, you have all done a wonderful job with this forum and I hope to see more from all of you.
Admin., kudos to my sisters... LOL

What are some of your fonder memories?
We've all had some serious discussions and I for one am always up for that.
However, I am also open to how many of these discussions have stirred real emotion.
Let's take the origions of love for example.
I actually bared my soul at a very personal level to help others understand a few different things I was trying to express.

What was the one time you were actually taken in by something someone posted? Something that really touched you, or caused you to feel what they were saying.
This question is for everyone too by the way so if you have one such moment you would like to share. I'm all ears!
 Grin

I guess the point of doing this is because, I like getting deep.
Not everyone is up for expressing themselves in open book form because they aren't comfortable doing that.
However, I have found that sharing my thoughts with strangers is easier and more enlightening then sharing these things with local personal associations. I'm curious about everyone, and their worlds, feelings, experiences.
I consider many of you friends and I guess I'd like to know you all better.
That's all. I would love to talk to many of you here in the forum like you would talk to a friend on a phone or in a letter.

In any case, I'm here and ready when you are....

If I may Veronica, in what way does this one subject affect you?
If you don't wish to say then I can respect that. I'm just asking because I could feel a kind of repelling from what you posted.
It caught my eye so I thught I'd ask.  Smiley

 Kiss

Question:

What is the most interesting topics of then vs. Now?

I ask because this is more a matter of opinion vs. stats.
For me, it's the Origions Of Love (origional), and Future Science.
