Mark, that's actually a line from the Romney speech and you're right, it doesn't make any sense (other than he thinks that people who aren't religious are "wrong").

Lots of comparisons to the Kennedy speech in 1960, but Kennedy blew this one away.  Here is the original speech if anyone is interested:
