He is really somethin' special, isn't he?  Like Harry Truman, he is a man who won't be appreciated in his time.

Yeah and I'll bet Hitler, Pol Pot, and Stalin were all misunderstood too.   Roll Eyes

What is there to appreciate when a sitting President tries to usurp the very Constitution and republic he swore to uphold and defend.    Angry

Look at the 10 steps to Fascism...

Naomi Wolf on Colbert Report: Fascism in 10 Easy Steps:

1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy
2. Create a gulag (labor camp/political prison)
3. Develop a thug caste
4. Set up an internal surveillance system
5. Harass citizens' groups
6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release
7. Target key individuals
8. Control the press
9. Dissent equals treason
10. Suspend the rule of law

The only thing I can see us doing is that surveillance stuff, and that is only to terrorists.  Am I right?  if I am, where's the complaint?

No you only have the Illuminati trying to put in the Trans-Texas-Corridor NAU stage 2, but no; no globalist shennegans going on down there.

Give it a rest Piggery.  No one here is buying the bullcrap.   Angry

I do!  All those tactics have kept us safe from terrorists.  Aren't you glad George Bush is in office?  We haven't been hit since 9/11, so obviously someone must be doing something right.

We haven't been hit because of the Alex Jones Effect with the military industrial complex.  Not cuz of anything Bush and Cheney have ever done.

That's untrue there, Volitzer, the President has done his very best to protect us and it's high time that you Bush haters gave him his due.  Why such hatred for the man?  He's kept us all safe.   Sad

We'll show him his dues when we vote republicans out of office and vote someone else to hate in.
