Plato wrote the Atlantis Satyre on request by King/tyrant(= persian vassal king.)Dionyssos-1 at Syracuse in Sicilly italy for his birthdayparty in 366 bc but he died during the Party.
A Satyre about the " Sicilian Expedition "Notice that all narration participants had a negative function in the "Raid-on-Syracuse"by the Athenians in 417-15 bc where 10.000 soldiers perished in the marble mines, because during the winternights they had to give up the siege of Syracuse and surrender, whilst the home front did notheing to save them.

Nobody else that I know of has made the remarck that Plato's narrators were the very Culprits that by overextention of their war fleet in Syracuse it gave the Spartans an later the Persians to take revence on undefended Athens and Sack the Lower City, not the Acropolos because there were Spartan & persian sponsored Temples there.
Thus when we think that PLATO lived in a Splendid white marbled Athens about 366 bc
