Was Plato wrong about Atlantis, the location or the time or did he "lie" to us about a non-existent island? Had he been mistaken, Atlantis would simply have been elsewhere and we would have found it. But Plato was very precise in his description of America in Timaios 25. So Atlantis was not a mistake. Apparently none of the self-proclaimed academic intellectual researchers came up with the idea that Plato "lyed" to us and deliberately misled us. This is war language. In the Second World War, SS soldiers who asked for directions were sometimes sent in the wrong direction. Plato did the same with Atlantis. Just in the opposite direction of Jerusalem is Babylon. There, on the banks of the Euphrates, is where we will look for Atlantis. Why did Plato lie to us? Right, to defy the omnipotence of the God of the Bible and have Atlantis punished by an idol Zeus (Baal Tsafon).
