Highlights:
The Goddess gives the weapons for the war 1000 years ago.

And then Hephaestus is mentioned, who is associated with 9000 years.  The reign of Ptah in Egypt is 9000 years. Does it make sense that the weapons are given 1000 years ago to fight in a 9000 year old war without the weapons? No. This is an insertion by the Egyptian Priest. Toss it in the bin!!!

The Hyksos/Syrians are the bad guys.  The Atlantians are the Egyptians who came next, but sometimes get conflated with the no-name hyksos.
******
The Timeframe for the Atlantians is the 5 generations from Amenhotep 1 to Amenhotep 2.

Generation 6, or Thutmose 4 is a different bloodline; he has a Syrian Campaign, and forms an alliance with the Mittani/Maryanu. This is the Diodorus Amazaon tale.

The Timeframe for the Athenian Kings is Thutmose 1 to Akhenaten; and Phaethon is King Tut.
*******
The Goddess Ge is Ahhotep 2, daughter-in-law of Ahmose.  The God Ptah is Ahmose Sipair, son of Ahmose and elder brother of Amenhotep; Osarsiph in Manetho.

Ahmose Sipair and Aahotep2 have a son Thutmose 1; Thutmose 1 can be identified as the Atlantian King Ampheres.

Thutmose 2 and Hatshepsut are the Poseidon and Libya of the story.
*******
There are 2 cities:
1. Rakotis was founded by the Goddess Ge; read as a theorphoric name, the Ra moves from the front to the back, and Rakotis can be read as Gadir.  The island is pharos.
2. Avaris, or Aethyria, was a royal city with a palace and harbors.  It was renamed to Atlantia, around the time of Amenhotep 2.
*******
With 2 priests, and 2 citys, and the no name hyksos, part of this story gets conflated; but the Atlantians are the Egyptians, or Greco-Egyptians, like the Haunebu who lived in Canopus.

Peru-nefer! Peru? May confirm that Atlantis capital city was at Tiahuanaco.
American tobacco and **** was also found in New Kingdom mummies. And Assyrian pictures of Toakkari Sea Peoples show them bearing Southern American fan palm.

Danaus,

These papers are very interesting.
In regard to the mythical Danaus:  Can you find any mention of mythical Danaus in the writings of Homer or Hesiod?  I have not found Danaus in those two writers.  But at later dates, Greek writers were able to discuss mythical Danaus.

According to the theoi.com website's entry for Danae, she was the eponomous ancestor of Homer's Danaans (i.e instead of Danaus).
quote "Danae was the eponymous "queen" of the Danaans.  Danaan was synonymous with Argive but was sometimes used to describe Greeks in general (e.g. in Homer's Iliad)."

-- Homer mentions Danaans, or the tribe of Danaus.  I don't see any other direct references.  After that, I see an Archilochus reference(~650BC). Then a Pindar and Aeschylus reference. (~500BC).

https://www.theoi.com/Text/HesiodCatalogues.html

Here is Hesiod, indirectly:
FRAGMENT 16 - DANAUS
Eustathius, Hom. 461. 2:
"Argos which was waterless Danaus made well-watered.'

And Hecateus (~500BC):
"FRAGMENT 17 - AEGYPTUS
Hecataeus14 in Scholiast on Euripides, Orestes, 872:
Aegyptus himself did not go to Argos, but sent his sons, fifty in number, as Hesiod represented"
