How's about this, each American gal is assigned a Vaginal Manager or a Republican buddy to go with her on her gynecological medical appointments? That way he could make sure none of those abortion/contraceptive shenanigans are taking place at them.

The Republican buddy would go to all of the appointments, make certain that the child comes to term, be in the delivery room to make sure its born, then celebrate with the fam when it comes home. Just call me Uncle Roy, your Republican Buddy.
