I was having this debate about the 12 battles of Arthur on Historum again in the last few weeks and they have just now unfairly banned ("suspended") me again ("for multiple accounts", because they refused to answer me when i asked whether i could come back or not after they unfairly suspended me over a year ago), so i have to find some other forum/s to post the evidences on the 9 battle sites of Arthur. (There are not anymuch very good history forums on the net/web.)

Our discovery was that the 12 battles 9 battle sites of Arthur in the 'Historia Britonum' of "Nennius" match 8 of the 9 Saxon Shore forts of the Notita Dignitatum from Yarmouth to Portsmouth (plus 1 site in between). We also found that the Pa Gur's 9 battle sites also match the same HB & ND/SS & modern sites, plus the battle list of Gwallawg in Taliesin also seemingly maybe matches.

Table:
# HB/Nennius - ND/SS - modern sites - PG - Gwallawg/Taliesin?
1 Glein - Garianonum - Burgh - Tribruit 1 - Lleenawg?
2 Dubglas - Othona - Bradwell - Eidyn 1 - Eidyn?
3/4 Bassas - Regulbium - Reculver - Afarnach - Aeron?
4/3 Celidon - n.a. - Coldrum - Celli - wood Beit?
5/6 Guinnion - Dubris - Dover - Eidyn 2 - Arddunion?
6/5 Legions - Rutupi - Richborough - Dissethach - Gwensteri?
7 Tribruit - Lemanis - Lympne - Tribruit 2 - marsh Terra?
8 Agned/Bregion - Anderida - Pevensey - Ystawinguin - Agathes/Brewyn?
9 Badon - Adurni - Portchester - Mon(a) - Oleddyfein?

Rough ebook thesis paper:
http://www.allempires.com/forum/ebook_view.asp?BookID=101&ChapterID=1600
(I once tried to post this and other ebooks here but the ebooks here doesn't work when i tried it.)

----------

Recently i had posted in my Historum blog a list of possible synonyms for each of the 9 sites.
http://historum.com/blogs/gold+heart/31698-candidate-synonyms-9-battlesites-arthur.html
I had then got the idea that a table for each of the 9 sits would be better way for people to see the many interconnections between matching sites of different Welsh/etc sources/lists which are not easy to show in lists or writing.

This is one on 3rd/4th battle/site Bassas / Reculver which i had intended to post but found been unfairly banned. (Hope the table comes out alright.)

(Apparently i can't paste the table in here, but you see it in similar post at
http://www.allempires.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=36994&PID=717523 unless the thread disappears as a couple/few others have there occasionally. Or at
http://www.worldhistoria.com/12-battles-of-king-arthur_topic129456.html .)

(Historum forum have me mad unfairly banning me, so i am posting this in a few forums.)

Nice work, did they give you a reason for the banning at least?

Thankyou Karyn, its been a couple/few years work!

The Historum "you have been banned" message said "reason multiple accounts".
What happened was they unfairly banned me a year ago (after people baited me etc, story is here http://historum.com/blogs/gold+heart/31675-appealing-unfair-suspension.html ) and i tried contacting them recently a few times to ask if i could be unsuspended but they didn't even reply. So i  rejoined and first thing i did was post the blog post with appeal to be unsuspended, either the old account unbanned or allowed to use new one. After a couple/few days there was no response so i just assumed i could continue to use it. I assumed they had seen the blog post but apparently they had not until the last day when they were directed by a post of mine to my blog post about the unfair banning.

I have done a table on all 9 battle sites correspondences in all the major other sources which i posted in the same place as other table (link in first post) but it came out too big. I have a smaller table in pdf version, but archive.org doesn't take pdfs, and academia.edu doesn't work well with xp and dialup anymore. I should have created it in m.s. word not open office. I see it says file types allowed in attach here includes pdf so will see if it works now.

Some may possibly be wrong (esp question marked ones), but some are pretty surely right.

Unfortunately, the internet forums are filled with negative people who aren't happy unless they are downgrading someone's theory or putting someone down. My advice would be to ignore them and focus on posters that offer constructive, intelligent conversation. That said, one should never expect to make "converts." Even if one has sound, credible ideas, long held beliefs often stand in the way.

Thanks Crimson, i agree/appreciate what you say, except that i don't quite wholly agree with the one "converts" bit. It is an academic discovery with evidences, not a religious belief theory. The truth is the truth. All we wanted was some people to appreciate our discovery evidences and few years hard work. It is not right that some people in this world get all the credit for things (eg "Richard the 3rd battle site found") and others don't get anything for their hard work. I was not seeking converts/followers, fame, money, just wanted at the least a few positive words appreciation and just for once in my life for some people to stop thinking i am wrong about everything. I am no better than anyone else. I suppose posting on forums is not the right way to get a thesis accepted by establishment, but it takes alot of time and effor tot write an academic paper that academia will read and accept. Anyway i have now quit the 12 battles campaign as i have other things i need & want to do rather than wasting (more of) my "life" on this. I hope some people like the discovery or theory connections.

We have posted another table in the page that link given in first post. (It is a pity that i couldn't post the tables here.)

http://atlantisrisingforums.proboards.com/thread/1024/quest-king-arthurs-lost-tomb?page=1

Quote:
"...Graham Phillips re: his recent article. GP says the area in Shropshire where he believes the historical Arthur (Bear in Brythonic) may be buried is today called The Berth which contains Berth Hill & Berth Pool. It may be obvious to GP but in case not, 'berth' is Anglo-Saxon for 'to bear', from 'beren'. Hence their may be a previous Brythonic name indicating 'bear' for the site that was anglicized. Also he says that according to the 'Song of Llywarch' the 1st king of Powys was buried at "Trafael's Acre". There is a 4 ft. 'Trafael's Stone" in Pembrokeshire, Wales ( www.ancient-origins.net/news-history-archaeology/renowned-trafael-stone-much-older-previously-believed-001223)that could be a tomb capstone & is 'cupmarked' & believed to be very ancient. One of the Welsh translations of 'Trafael' is 'iron blade'. So if you have a hillock that was once an island, & possibly an ancient burial site in the area you have narrowed it down & in reference to it you have names that refer to the word 'bear' & also to a sword or iron blade (Excalibur?)...."

I just tried to join the Atlantis Rising forum (again, as i was member of the old forum years ago when i first was invited by Kronos to join this forum) to comment on this, but i am blocked by the broadband fibreoptics and windows 7/8/10 forced campaigns (I only have dialup and xp).

The berth connects with Baschurch (where Arthur said to repose), and both connect with Bassas and Reculver monastery-church.
The hall on the island of Affalach (Avalon) connects Afarnach's Hall of Pa Gur which matches Bassas and Reculver monastery-church. (Avalon in North Sea in Irish according to Spanuth.)
The mysterious body of the Levitating Altar of the Wonders of Britain is thought to possibly be "Arthur", and this Levitating Altar certainly seems to match Reculver Cross.

See the Bassas/Reculver table at:

There is a possibility that the skeleton found in the church near Dover Painted House might me "(King) Arthur's"

Though evidence suggests that "Arthur" may have first been laid to rest at Reculver
