"Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback signed a proclamation Wednesday officially making October “Zombie Preparedness Month,” as a fun way to get Kansans ready for natural disasters." It's a pity that he didn't do something similar to prepare the populace for the unnatural disaster that was his Tea Party tax policies made real.
