New 'Bigfoot' video recorded at Bluff Creek

Footage has emerged showing a dark figure crouching down next to a stream in a secluded forest.
Bluff Creek, a tributary of the Klamath River located 25 miles northwest of Orleans in California, was the site of the best known Bigfoot video of all time - the Patterson/Gimlin footage of 1967.

Now however a second video from the same area has emerged - a recording taken in 2008 by Bigfoot researcher M.K. Davis who maintains that he hadn't seen anything unusual at the time.

When he later analyzed his footage however he noticed that there seemed to be a figure sitting at the side of the creek playing around with some sort of white cloth. Upon closer inspection he noted that the figure appeared to be either covered in dark hair or was wearing very dark clothing.

"I was there with Don Monroe and Ken Iddins. Both men were accounted for in the video," he said. "We do not know who or what this is as no one else was there with us. It has a cloth of some sort."

Davis later uploaded an enhanced close-up video ( see below ) of the figure to help see it more clearly. While there is undoubtedly someone sitting next to the creek the figure looks more like an actual person, perhaps washing themselves in the water, than an unidentified species of hominid.

"I didn’t see this live. I walked right by it. It just backed into the brush with only its knees showing and didn’t move," he said. "I walked downstream and met my two friends coming upstream, so it was not them. I did some brightening on it and it does appear to be hair covered."

New Bigfoot Video Emerges From Bluff Creek, Scene Of Legendary Encounter
Researcher M.K. Davis claims that he took the video in 2008, not noticing the Bigfoot at the time.

New video of a Bigfoot has emerged online, purportedly taken at Bluff Creek, the site of the most famous encounter ever recorded with one of the legendary creatures.

Bluff Creek needs no introduction in the Bigfooting community, as it is the spot where Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin recorded the first clear footage of a Sasquatch (since dubbed “Patty”) in 1967. Although sightings of the hairy man-beasts have been reported in every state but Hawaii, they continue to be recorded in Bluff Creek, nearly a half century after Patterson and Gimlin filmed their famous footage, as the San Jose Mercury News points out. For this reason, Bluff Creek has become a mecca of sorts for Bigfoot researchers, who continue to frequent the area and visit the site where the film was taken.

A researcher by the name of M.K. Davis has now released new footage online of a hairy, human-like creature, reportedly taken at Bluff Creek in 2008. According to Cryptomundo, Davis took the Bigfoot footage himself, but did not realize at the time that there was anything of note in it.

“I was there with Don Monroe and Ken Iddins. Both men were accounted for in the video. We do not know who or what this is as no one else was there with us. It has a cloth of some sort. The previous August, there were a lot of firefighters in this area. This was shot in October. Perhaps it got the cloth during the fires.”

Davis noted that the footage was originally very dark, and he had since brightened it to bring out the figure moving in the frame. He noticed the Bigfoot because its arm was silhouetted against a lighter object, which he at first thought was a pan, matching one the group found in the area the following season. Davis also pointed out that the footage was highly enlarged, as he was far upstream from the Bigfoot-like figure and filming under high zoom.

“I didn’t see this live. I walked right by it. It just backed into the brush with only its knees showing and didn’t move. I walked downstream and met my two friends coming upstream, so it was not them. I did some brightening on it and it does appear to be hair covered.”

The footage comes to light just a few weeks after a North Carolina man claimed that he observed a Bigfoot, filming the creature as it fled from his dog, as the Inquisitr previously noted. Though that clip was widely criticized, it appears that M.K. Davis may have posted the first footage of a Bigfoot to come out of Bluff Creek in half a century.
