Before the Flood there were no kings, only ten Patriarchs. Only for this reason, Atlantis could not have existed in a remote past. In Genesis 1:10 we also read that the earth was one land mass that was surrounded by a sea. There were no islands or a continent on the other side of the sea as Plato stated. Plato's description was clearly post-Flood. Before the Flood there were only TYPES of Atlantis as the city of Enoch in Genesis 4 was a type of Enoch.
