What's funny to me is, there are so many people who believe in the literal truth of the fantastically implausible stories in their religious texts--stories like Noah's Ark, Moses and the Burning Bush(?!?), Jesus walking on water, raising the dead, and curing lepers...

But if you suggest to these people that we may have had alien/extraterrestrial visitors, they look at you like you're trippin'. Or you're a naive, gullible fool.

Actually, a great many of the most absurd whoppers in the Old Testament are easily explainable, if your angle is that Gods and angels were actually extraterrestrials.
