The Templars' 'head' and the Templecombe panel painting - solved ?
Posted by etidorpha at 16:40, 12 Sep 2007

Dan Green, author of the 'Lincoln Da Vinci Code' and 'the Lincoln Da Vinci Code and the mystery of Rennes-le-Chateau' has came up with a solution to the head the Templars worshipped and the puzzling Templecombe panel painting at St Mary's church, Templecombe, Somerset. Green offers a solution based on his continuing research involving Lincoln Cathedral that the head the Templars kept secret was an automaton and that the Templecombe painting is a clue. An unlikely theory at first one may think, until we discover that automaton heads had been around before the 11th century!
