Any community that "enjoyed" the mortgage granting companies like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, Citigroup, Countrywid­e, Fannie Mae,etc., can thank these "capitalis­ts' for large abandoned tracts and neighborho­ods  of residences and local businesses that they have emptied through foreclosur­es that grew out of their predatory and illegal business practices.
