Bush had 250,000 troops in Iraq. Obama drew them down by 200,000 BEFORE the Iraq announcement. And now they will all be out by the end of the year.
Troops have begun to be drawn down in Afghanistan, too. I head something like 20,000 started to be drawn down in Afghanistan since since August. There never were any ground troops in Libya.
