Sorry, Vol, but I don't trust Ron Paul or any of the Republican candidates for that matter.

Ron Paul simply isn't presidential material and never will be.  He has a small group of very vocal nutcases surrounding him, but that certainly doesn't give the American people any reason to have confidence in him.

This is why I'm urging everyone to vote a straight Democratic ticket in 2012.  Let's try to get America back on the right track before it's too late.

Oh, he's the only one we can trust alright.  The only one we can trust to screw us out of Social Security and Medicare, which we have paid into our whole lives!  Did you know he also wants to get rid of FEMA and the Department of Education, too? He actually inferred in the debate the other night that people should just die if they don't have any health insurance!

He's a right wing nutjob and Rick Perry is about the same, cept he's taller.

The Democrats have done a lot of good, but we need a substantial majority in both houses to make any major changes.

Sadly, the Pugs have blocked Obama at every turn, and them blamed him for the lack of change.  What hypocrites!

There's a difference between weaning off and cutting it entirely.  If you were able to get a good job, have a IRA set up with a credit union and do well with your life to where you can retire on $75,000+ a year, why would you need social-security ?   Social-Security is meant to be a safety-net for the unfortuantes cuz bad things happen in life.  If for some reason bad events ruined your life by the time you were 65+ no reasonable person would deny your Social-Security.   You seem smart enough, provided the economy was working properly, to be able to plan long term.

Did you know he also wants to get rid of FEMA

We already have the national guard and you know what they don't go around confiscating guns in times of natural disasters.

and the Department of Education, too?

With people dumber now than ever despite the invention of the internet, I say good riddance.  The other 49 states should adopt NY's education system, then work up from there.

He actually inferred in the debate the other night that people should just die if they don't have any health insurance!

That was the idiot TEA-Baggers, as a doctor Ron Paul is obliged by the Hyppocratic Oath.

He's a right wing nutjob and Rick Perry is about the same, cept he's taller.

Perry is a Globalist traitor, you'll get no argument from me there.  Ron Paul wasn't giving foreign companies government contracts like Obama and Perry were.  Even Kucinich admiitted that more jobs go to foreigners under Obama.  That and Perry was the Gloablist's pawn in trying to push through the Trans-texas-Corridor.

Anyone who has anti-socialist tendencies is a right-wing nut job to many people here.  However remember socialism runs out of people to take things from eventually.  If Americans doesn't have jobs who then will pay into Social-Security and Medicare ?
