Yeah, they are pretty much all like that these days.  There are something like 20,000 companies that have their headquarters in the Cayman Islands.  There is no reason that companies like Exxon, the most profitable company in the history of the world should be getting a tax refund.  But the Republicans are all against getting rid of corporate loopholes so they keep getting away with it again and again!
