columbian artifacts.  Lovely place to visit!

OK, then, they did know the wheel.  But it seems to be just like the case of the "battery apparatus"
found in Greece.  They used it (supposedly) to electroplate gold or silver onto a baser metal.

This seems to be the case here.  They didn't know what to do with it.  Obviously, the 'portage'
method of transporting heavy loads was satisfactory to them.  Not to mention the innumerable
other uses of the wheel......
