I'm thinking we should.  We should have nonstop riots until Obama reveals that birth certificate of his from Hawaii.  I'm guessing he won't, you know why?  He's from Kenya!  But that shouldn't stop us from taking to the streets like they're doing in Egypt and demanding he do it. Egypt has itself a tyrant, and America does, too. Only ours is keepin his birth certificate a secret.

Under a Federalist system such as ours anyone can question the Constitutionality of any law that Obama passes.

The burden is on him to prove he is American.  Until he does he can pass all kinds of bills into law and they won't be valid.

Just now a Florida judge has ruled that Obamacare is un-Constitutional simply because the National government doesn't have the power to force anyone to buy anything.  That along with Obama's lack of US citizenship is enough to make Obama's 4 year Presidency utterly useless.

Sure, it does! It forces you to pay into Social Security and Medicare, doesn't it?  It falls under the Commerce Clause, which has been used by the Federal government, since back when George Washington passed laws regulating the shipping trade back in the 1700s.

Anyway, the Republicans could care less about the mandate anyway.  They are concerned that the ban on pre-existing conditions and other consume protections don't go into place so the big insurance companies can continue screwing you over.

Anti-Obama's health care plan = equals a win for the big insurance companies, remember that!

The Commerce Clause is an enumerated power listed in the United States Constitution (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3). The clause states that the United States Congress shall have power "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes". Courts and commentators have tended to discuss each of these three areas of commerce as a separate power granted to Congress. It is common to see the Commerce Clause referred to as "the Foreign Commerce Clause", "the Interstate Commerce Clause", and "the Indian Commerce Clause", each of which refers to a different application of the same sentence in the Constitution.

There's a difference between "regulate" and "madate".

The Commerce Clause gives the national government regulatory authority.  It can't mandate anything.
