Was Alexander Hamilton President?

It's Presidents Day, the day where we honor the men who've served as our Commander-in-Chief. But unless you know your history, you might be celebrating some of the wrong guys. Take Alexander Hamilton for example. He's on the $10 bill and his name sounds pretty presidential, but was he president? A quick Google search will reveal the answer, or will it?
