Hi all,

forgive this if in wrong place: Bacon 's tale says the leader of the Six Days College is Salomon, and I am trying to find any literature which mentions Salomon, with that particular unusual spelling.

Also: is there anyone interested in the same story?

regards all

Hi wothe and welcome to the forum.  I can find no other mention of Salomon in ancient literature. Didn't Bacon make many of these names up to suit his own idea of utopia?

Bacon's story "New Atlantis" is utopian fiction.  In most fiction stories names are spelled differently than "real" names --even so the story is very old and spellings in English of various words and names have changed over the centuries since Bacon.

Free Masons had a vision of creating a new Atlantis and eventually founded the United States.
My concept of a new Atlantis would be finding an Earth-like planet that we named Eden, and then Creating the first pyramid city complex and calling it Atlantis prime.
The name of the interplanetary space station that would take us is the Exodus... Hell of an idea there huh?  Kiss

But who would settle it, are you talking about a United States venture or a multi-nation deal?

Multinational? Well let's just say that if we were going to make an Atlantis...
It would take the interested population of this planet to come together as people and not American, Canadians, Chinese, Japanese, German, Soviet, Ect.
But as Edenians.. Founders of an Atlantis. A return from where we came. Smiley Then again, A Project Eden on Earth could be done if the same people wanted it here.
