There is no "goldilocks zone" for planets.  Neptune gets just as much sun as Earth cuz the photons are re-radiated via the asteroid belts.

So a day at the Saturnian equator is the same as a day at the Venusian or Earth equator.

Hoagland and NASA should pick up a book by Adamski and reference it before making such ignorant statements.
