Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert will march together on Washington.

Or against each other in Washington.

Either way, expect plenty of Comedy Central fans to show up on October 30 when Stewart's "Rally To Restore Sanity" will meet Colbert's "March To Keep Fear Alive" in the nation's capital.

The duo have been hinting at a major announcement for several episodes in a mock response to Glenn Beck's own "Restoring Honor" rally that was held this year on the anniversary of a famous Martin Luther King speech at the same monument. There's no indication that the announced get-together is a joke, though. Both comedians are telling their audiences to book hotel rooms now (though for different reasons, as you'll see).

"It'll be like being in a chat room," Stewart explained. "But real."

Stewart punctuated his announcement on the earlier program with a homemade-looking banner reading, "Take It Down A Notch For America."

Colbert followed up with an announcement on his own show, and insisted that he would "notch it up a scotch."

Actually, the Tea-baggers themselves are pretty much ass clowns.  God help this country if any, or all of their crazy, racist, sexist fringe candidates get into office. 

The latest one, O'Donnell out of Delaware, actually wants to outlaw **** and others want to outlaw abortions in case of incest and ****. So a girl would be forced by the government to have her rapist's kids, or the child of her father. 

How do you even enforce stuff like that?

Being forced to endure a **** pregnancy won't be stood for by any American female voter no matter what their party.  Even the Catholics are pro-abortion in the case of ****.

Whoa hold on there Jennifer...     The TEA Party is an amalgamation of Americans and political ideologies,  I've actually been banned 3 times off of a TEA Party forum just for advocating the Constitution Party despite how many other members agreed with me.   I don't condemn all Democrats just the Globalist and Socialist elements of the party.  In fact here in Florida the CP and the Democrats are in support of Alex Sink for Governor.  Mainly for her anti-Globalist and anti-socialist positions.  So I actually agree with you here with your position against O'Donnell.

Obama Backs Jon Stewart's Sanity Rally

RICHMOND, Va. — "Daily Show" host Jon Stewart has won some high-level backing for his "Rally to Restore Sanity" next month in Washington: President Barack Obama.

Stewart says the Oct. 30 rally is for people who think the loudest voices shouldn't be the only ones that get heard.

Obama raised the subject of the rally during a round-table Wednesday with residents of Richmond, Va.

Obama said he was "amused" by Stewart's rally and that it's for people who expect some common sense and courtesy in their daily interactions.

The president said that having those voices lifted up is, as he put it, "really important."

Half a million people could show up, but it won't be covered by the media. Beck has 87,000 TeaBaggers show up and every network is on it like bums on a baloney sandwich.
