To manipulate the graphite buckyballs (after they've been mass produced of course) we learn how the ancients moved mega-ton blocks with harmonics   Then we get a choir to sing in the right key, (we'd need several back-up choirs ) or play a continuous tape which is easier  and we'd have a construct in no time

Electronically manipulate?  What's wrong with a remote?  We've got them for just about everything else!  I like the part about replicating.  Saves a lot of man hours!
