In this photo taken Oct. 30, 2009, a harbor seal is seen among the kelp at the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary in Monterey, Calif. Far from Copenhagen's turbulent climate talks, the sea lions, harbor seals and sea otters reposing along the shoreline and kelp forests of this protected marine area stand to gain from any global deal to cut greenhouse gases. Thanks, Qoais, the ocean is really beautiful.  We haven't even scratched the surface of what the scenery looks like under there.
