New Alien Abduction Movies

First off, it looks like the famous A-70 Abduction case from Edinburgh is being made into a movie.

You can read about the details here and here. You can also see a related interview from Scottish TV with renowned investigator Malcolm Robinson, who has just released a book about UFOs case files from Scotland.

The story Garry Wood and Colin Wright, who were abducted outside of Edinburgh in 1992, is well know and well documented, and another example of filmmakers turning to actual documented cases for their source material.

So far it looks like only The Fourth Kind has real documentation of case studies and archival footage to go along side the dramatization of the events.
I've actually made arrangements to attend a screening of The Fourth Kind in the next week. I look forward to seeing the extent of the footage they're using and will give you a full report once I've had a chance to see it all and judge for myself.

Hopefully it won't be too long until all of the archival footage is released for research and documentation purposes.
Until then, they're releasing the film on November 6th but you can find a list of advanced screenings on the facebook page.
