Vancouver has the same weather as Norway - generally humid, cold and cloudy.
Vancouver is also terribly expensive.
The food in Vancouver is fabulous.

I rank Vancouver ahead of Norway for sure.

The USA has its problems for sure. But if you have nothing and are young and ambitious and want to take control of your destiny and make something of yourself then there is no better place than the USA.
