A major point in Warrens work is the geological results that started emerging in the late 19th century - where large amounts of fossils and coal were found on Spitzbergen - proving that the entire polar region had been TROPICAL.

A consequence of that is necessarily that the phenomenon called ice-time must have been a limited period of time - even if the duration migth have been thousands or millions of years.

Todays geologists have settled on a period of 35 to 55/65 million years as the start of ice-time. Since then the temperature of the earth have varied in "cosmic cycles" according to the thermodynamics of the melting-process and the temperature-balance of the atmosphere.

10.000-12.000 years ago there were (again) some major changes in that balance - leading to a jump in the general temperature with about + 17 celsius in the northern hemisphere. In the equatorian area the rise would have been far less, but still some.

We normally adress this perod as "the end" of ice-time. To be more precise we should call it "the end of the Eurasian and North American ice-time" - since we still have had some "ice-time" left - on Greenland and the Arctic, as well as in the Antarctic.

Today we seem to experience the final end of the northern ice-time, since the ice on Greenland and the arctic ocean is rapidly disapearing. This imply that in a few decades we would - after millions of years of melting - return to the nature and climte of the original globe - without ice-caps and consequent winters.

At this point we would be getting back to the conditions of the globe as they are described in our very oldest myths - where the ball is inhabitable all over the place and the north-pole area would be nicely tempered.

* The myths that best have preserved these memories are known to exist in eastern Asia (India, Tibet, China).  Conseqently the modern western intelligence have tended to ascribe the sources of civilisation to the area with the oldest and most genuine myths, which to us have been the eastern hemisphere.

Today we can add the Mayan myths to the time-lines of the Rigveda. Moreover we have learnt to understand that also Greek, Norse and Finno-Ugric myths ALSO bear memories of the same, original "paradise-time" - were the human beeing originated and lived (rather) happily, until the ice-time arrived as in a cataclysm. The first one to make a solid and stringent documentation of the concurrent descriptions from all these myths - declaring A north pole as the cradle of humanity - was prof. William F. Warren. Adding the emerging understanding of his contemporary experts within geology he could even prove that this cradle actually could have been rocked within the geograpical pole-area.

Duely I think we can be open to discuss this alternative as a valid hypothesis - understanding that the genuinly inspired brigthness of a Cayce and a Urantia have been utterly important ligthhouses in a period  of religious, cultural and political fundamentalism - when ancient times were not only forgotten, but even dispised and ridiculed.

Adding the valuable pioneer-works of the academia, from the last century, doesnt change that value - even if it specifies and corrects some major details. A good academian I used to work with once recommended me to "get aknowledged" with the works of Edgar Cayce. After discussing the realms of "seers" and "mindreaders" in a general context he concluded that; "an honest "seer" can normally be trusted on WHAT he refers to seeing, but they can hardly point to WHEN, exactly, things are happening or occuring..."

Dear Boreas:
i dont think Out of Africa Theory is not true.It is true and proven by genetic studies..
The important thing is Nobody went out of Africa just genes went from ape to ape..

This is true.  Psychics are notoriously fuzzy on dates, whether we're talking about the past or the future.  However, they can usually tell whether something happened after or before something else.  This is because we live in a cause-and-effect universe.

In the world of the spirit, time is just not that important.  Those spiritual beings are probably amused at our obsession with dates, when in reality there is no time.  In the Cayce readings you will see a few contradictions in dates, although the approximations are generally in line with what you would logically expect.  The one exception that Cayce was very clear about is the 10,500 B.C. date.  He mentioned that century over and over.  Why?  I beleive that period must have been so important to our current race that it could only be overshadowed by the birth of Christ.

According to Cayce, there were many changes going on in the makeup of the human race at that time period, and the center of this operation was in Egypt.  This could account for the evidence that now supports the out-of-Africa theory.

10.500 BP signifies the start of the process that ended the million years long ice-time of Northern Eurasia and America.

That's how the continents north of Mexico, north of the Alps, north of Caucasus and north of the Himalyas - became inhabitable, to plants, animals and human beings alike...

Until then humanity had been through an infinite eon where it d been spread in various groups - without connection to eachorther. In the north a special branch of humans called "caucasians" had developed in a northern isolation, were they developed the ability to survive the dark, ice-cold winters, by developing domesticated animals combined with the ability to digest meat and diaries. In the souther hemisphere we had got "chineese", "indians", "africans" and "amerindians" that were already well established as separate "cultures" on their respective continents.

About 10.000 BP they started to spread and populate the northern hemisphere. As the "arctic branch" were highly adapted and specialized already - they quickly developed new living-grounds in the arid north, immediatly after the ice disapeared and the average temperatur rose.

Soon representatives of this population spread throughout Eurasia - and soon they reached across continents as well as oceans - thus connecting the various tropical branches to a common link of contact and information.

Consequently the amerindians, the africans, the indians and the chineese all got to learn about each other - and the rest of the world - from this new visitors that came down from their heartland of the northern, agricultural Europe.

Today these people are identified as the ancestors of the present caucasians. But the travelling representatives of this ancestorial group did also influence the gene-pool of all the tropical tribes they visited. Consequently all the tropical races got to become more alike and similar - not only in culture and lknowledge, but also in their physiognomy and linguistic expressons.

Today we have reached the culmination of this process - were all people of the planet are able to relate, understand and reconstruct exactly the same range and quality of various vibrations of the air. Such as the sounds of goat-skin drums, pig-bowel harps, Spanish vovels and the English language...

Modern man is a result of the mix that came Out of Ice-time, rather than Out of Africa.

ILLIGITIMI NON CARBORUNDUM

Thus ye may find in thy mental and spiritual self, ye can make thyself just as happy or just as miserable as ye like. How miserable do ye want to be?......For you GROW to heaven, you don't GO to heaven. It is within thine own conscience that ye grow there.

Edgar Cayce
