Courtney Love says she's planning to sue the makers of the video game "Guitar Hero" for misusing the likeness of Kurt Cobain.

The 45-year-old singer/actress accused Activision of improperly making her deceased husband a "fully playable" character in the game, which means players can make the avatar for the Nirvana frontman sing songs by other artists, according to MTV. "For the record this Guitar Hero s--t is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction," Love wrote on her Twitter page. "WE are going to sue the s--t out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises."
