North Carolina Topographic Anomalies

Rectilinear topographic anomalies can be seen off the coast of North Carolina. The image data is located online at: NGDC 3 Arc-Second Coastal Relief Model

It is uncertain if the anomalies actually exist on the underwater landscape or are a result of sonar anomalies or image processing artifacts.
