Here is what we need to do on  7/30/09 (Fri)
Step 1.  Go here and print this document, take it to your bank or Notary Public and have your signature notarized.

Step 3. Insert the documents, printed and notarized in step 1, in a manila envelope. Address it, using the link below to find your states U.S.Attorney and send it either Certified or registered Mail with a return receipt requested.
Step 4. Scan the receipt(s) and E-mail me a copy at

This Action needs to be done on the 30th so that they will arrive at the U.S. Attorney's offices next week while we are in Washington D.C. delivering those and much more to ALL of Congress

Whether Mr. Obama is legitimate or not, he is NOT the Commander in Chief! That title belongs only to those Presidents who have or are actively commanding the army and navy while in office from the field. See Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution. We have only had 2 presidents that qualify for this title: George Washington, and James Madison.

MILITARY:

All plans are falling into place...

The only thing remaining is to get more military men to step up to the plate and sign their own criminal complaint against BHO charging treason. It is abundantly clear that no courts will give STANDING to us mere citizens. Fine, You gentlemen, DO have standing and we will flood the FEDs AND THE MILITARY ESTABLISHMENT with these charges (that's my job) and we force action and compliance. The reason I ask for more to step forward is simply to overwhelm them with numbers. Yes, it only takes two (as per the Constitution) and yes I now have those  but what better message than more saying the same thing together.
We will use these charges seperately and in addition to the Grand Jury Presentments.
