Welcome to the forum. 
I did realize after I made the post, that we do have it already.  It was on page 5 of this subject and I did look but missed it the first time.  The mods can delete it if they so choose.

Since Atlantis hasn't been found yet, I'd say anyone's theory might work.  I already went the distance in researching everything I could think of, and I find that no matter where it's supposed to be, ALL the facts don't fit.
