I think that I can guess who will win this one, but let's not forget to give props to Herbert Hoover and James Buchanan.

Yes, he was the clear winner, but I was surprised that his father won second place (as of today).  Could this be a case of guilt by association?

Also, I'm wondering if we should include Dick Cheney in this list.

His father won because he set the groundwork for the New World Order.

A lot of us here don't remember must past Jimmy Carter.

I was born when Nixon was elected in 1972, so up until Reagan I have no basis on how to judge a President.

I can't even fault Hoover much given how the Bankers of the day caused the Depression.
