Well Brig, it depends on what type;
Fecal incontinence; there many way..but most effective (in order to avoid the medical cost) is to bend over and have a black guy take care of it…. 
Urinary incontinence, well, this is a little more complicated, as it has a lot to do with your gender…if you male you just tie up the thing, if you a female you can ask smiley…oh trust me she is an expert.
On the other hand if you’re a confused gender…there is no advice I can give…
