Excuse me, but with what I think's going to happen at 3 today I need to vent.

Back in feb/march of this year, I was hit with 2 different false repports. Beat the 1st one, the hit me with a second more serious charge. Wound up being convicted of the bulls**t & put on probation.

fast forward to yesterday. PO's supposed to come over, says he'll be here about 2:30. I'm here till 3:19 waiting before a friend picks me up & we head to the store. Get back to find the PO's card in my door saying to call him. Called, he says he was here at 2:45 & the door was shut & locked, even though I was home & the door was ajar! When I told him I'd been home & hadn't left till 3:19, he insisted he'd been here at 2:45. When I asked him to call my friend he gotr pissed and demanded I show up at his office at 3pm today.

SO MUCH FOR TRUTH!

I have a feeling he's going to pull a fast one of me.

Any of you who've been on probation might at least've heard of how they get you on a hold - they'll have you sit in the lobby till the cops are there, call you into their office, and WHAM, you're arrested.

it's 11:53 now. If you don't see another post from me in here in 6 hours or less, figure I'm "sitting inside".

Bummer.  Explain things to the agent and, if that fails go to the guy's supervisor.  Probation is almost as bad as being in jail.

That's one of the things I plan on - calling in his boss.

The most dangerous opponent is one with nothing to lose......
& if I wind up revoked I will wind up with losing everything I've worked so hard for, and WILL have nothing left to lose.

I leave in 10 minute to talk to my neighbor & drop off my keys with a friend.

TILL ALL ARE ONE!

In the immortal words of the Martian Corporal in 'Spaced Invaders'...

I'm NOT going home in a body bag!!!  Grin

Went in, layed out the facts, & that was that. no yelling, hostility, or war declared from either side.

Seems he'd had a major problem with another client on the phone not more than 5 minutes before, so wasn't in the best of moods. No worries, I can understand that too well, with all the morons I've come across in life.

In all, in & out in 11 minutes. I swear, this guy's gotta be related to Abe Lincoln somehow (If you get my meaning). If only all LEO's were like this guy......

Don't feel bad it's all about teaching cops to be enforcers in a NWO police/nanny fascist state.

The times my brother and I have been harassed by CPS workers is amazing in the state of NY.
