TUTANKHAMUN's wet nurse (Maia?)

Tomb of King Tut’s wet nurse found near Cairo. French archeologists announced Sunday they have found the tomb of the wet nurse of King Tutankhamen, the boy pharaoh. Archeologists say that hieroglyphics and a relief showing a woman with breast and nipple exposed pay tribute to Maya – the servant who suckled the boy king. So far, archeologists have not found any gold or funeral objects in Maya’s coffin. Archeological team leader Alain Zivie found the tomb in Saqqara. The city was a burial site for the courtiers and high-ranking officials of ancient Egypt’s new kingdom, which prevailed from 1400 B.C. to 1100 B.C. Maya’s memorial is dated 1330 B.C.
